Damaged Items: We know how important it is to preserve the value of your cards. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we offer an immediate free replacement. Please kindly send us a photo of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of receiving your package to cardsoon.store@gmail.com. Once we verify the photographic proof, we will forward the replacement order to our logistics center.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
